Private Weighted Sum Aggregation

چکیده
As large amounts of data are circulated both from users to a cloud server and between users, privately aggregating the shared is critical. This article considers problem private weighted sum aggregation with secret weights, where an aggregator wants compute local some agents. Based on privacy requirements posed weights, there different secure multiparty computation schemes exploiting knowledge structure. First, we review for when each agent has private value weight, agents have value, but holds corresponding weights. Our main focus more general case, weights known neither by nor aggregator—they generated kept system operator, without learning agents’ or We give solutions that achieve obliviousness design efficient communication strategies multidimensional batching into fewer ciphertexts. Finally, implement our discuss numerical results.

Max-Sum Goes Private
As part of the ongoing effort of designing secure DCOP algorithms, we propose P-MAX-SUM, the first private algorithm that is based on MAX-SUM. The proposed algorithm has multiple agents preforming the role of each node in the factor graph, on which the MAX-SUM algorithm operates. P-MAXSUM preserves three types of privacy: topology privacy, constraint privacy, and assignment/decision privacy. By...
متن کاملWeighted Gcd-Sum Functions
We investigate weighted gcd-sum functions, including the alternating gcd-sum function and those having as weights the binomial coefficients and values of the Gamma function. We also consider the alternating lcm-sum function.
متن کاملDifferentially Private Rank Aggregation
Given a collection of rankings of a set of items, rank aggregation seeks to compute a ranking that can serve as a single best representative of the collection. Rank aggregation is a well-studied problem and a number of effective algorithmic solutions have been proposed in the literature. However, when individuals are asked to contribute a ranking, they may be concerned that their personal prefe...
متن کاملPrivate Stream Aggregation Revisited
In this work, we investigate the problem of private statistical analysis in the distributed and semi-honest setting. In particular, we study properties of Private Stream Aggregation schemes, first introduced by Shi et al. [27]. These are computationally secure protocols for the aggregation of data in a network and have a very small communication cost. We show that such schemes can be built upon...
